1. Purpose of Terms
These Terms of Use aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Gaon Global (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

2. Formation of Service Use Agreement
To use the Company’s services, users must complete the membership registration process and are considered to have agreed to these terms upon registration. The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications.

3. Provision and Modification of Services
The Company strives to provide services to the best of its ability and may change or discontinue services after prior notice if necessary. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from such changes or discontinuation.

4. Obligations of Members
Members must not engage in the following activities:

• Stealing another person’s personal information
• Transmitting illegal or unethical content
• Infringing the Company’s intellectual property rights
• Disrupting the normal operation of services

5. Restriction and Suspension of Service Use
The Company may restrict or suspend the use of services if a member violates these terms or applicable laws. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from service suspension.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by the Company is protected by the Company’s intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without the Company’s consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for issues arising from the use of services by members, except in cases of damages caused by the Company’s intentional or gross negligence.

8. Changes to Terms
The Company may change these terms and will announce the updated terms on its website. Users who do not agree to the changed terms may discontinue using the services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and all disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court located at the Company’s headquarters.
